Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for carrying out commercial ship activities in the shipping, shipyard and docking divisions
2. Responsible for finding new customers for Tug Boat & Barge rental activities
3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to supply company goals and achieving sales performance target
4. Responsible for planning customer visits and preparing customer presentations
5. Create short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve goals
6. Prepare periodic reports to management

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any Major, preferably from Naval Architect, Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding Engineering Major
2. Minimum 5 years of working experiences in a reputable shipping, shipyard, docking company
3. Minimum 3 years of experiences as B2B Sales in Marine Industry
4. Maintain good relationship with clients
5. Highly motivated and have good communication & negotiation skill

Job Description:
1. Monitor all crewing operations (Crew Recruitment, Crew Administration, and Payroll)
2. Ensure the implementation of the company’s crewing SOP runs smoothly
3. Coordinate with internal and external departments (KSOP, agents, and other related parties)
4. Coordinate with the Operations Director regarding crew approval submissions, fund requests, and salaries
5. Ensure problem resolution with crew members, and internal and external departments
6. Handling recruitment process for tugboat and barge crews

Qualifications:
1. Maximum age of 35 years
2. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in maritime related majors
3. Work experience in a Tugboat Barge Company (REQUIRED)
4. Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Crewing Assistant Manager
5. Possesses leadership qualities
6. Understands maritime regulations and has a general grasp of crewing job scope
7. Good communication skills and ability to make decisions

Job Description:
1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
2. Coordinate with users and directors regarding interview results and interview schedules
3. Handle salary offers to candidates
4. Coordinate with HRD admin regarding the schedule for psychometric tests and the onboarding process for new employees
6. Perform other HRD administrative tasks as needed

Job Description:
1. Create, socialize, and distribute SMK3L documents, policies, standard operating procedures, forms, and other related materials to all Rimau Group shipping vessels
2. Conduct workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and risk assessments
3. Prepare reports on identified potential hazards
4. Regularly conduct training and drills (emergency response) for ship crew
5. Ensure safety equipment is functioning properly and the crew understands anticipatory actions in case of hazards
6. Investigate workplace accidents to implement corrective actions and necessary prevention measures

1. Perform repairs on tugboat and barge
2. Understand the stages of a general engine overhaul, including data collection of metal clearance gaps
3. Understand cooling systems, lubrication systems, and fuel systems in ship engines
4. Understand crankshaft deflection, valve head adjustment, and engine timing

2. Minimum education of vocational high school (SMK)/diploma (D3)/bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering, mechanical engineering, or naval engineering
